If possible I would like a copy of the lift diagrams (the posters showing the levels that each lift reaches that are typically found inside or adjacent to the lift cars) for the following stations:
- Paddington tube & Elizabeth line station
- Bond Street tube & Elizabeth line station
- Tottenham Court Road tube & Elizabeth line station
- Farringdon tube & Elizabeth Line station
- Moorgate tube & Elizabeth line station
- Liverpool Street tube & Elizabeth line station
- Whitechapel tube, Overground & Elizabeth line station
- Kings Cross St Pancras tube station
- Victoria tube station
- Waterloo tube station

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
Please find the lift guides requested in the attached zip folder.
Please note that Waterloo does not have a lift guide as it is only one lift and goes to surface and platform only. Also the lift guide for Bond Street is still to be completed – it has been delayed due to Bond Street Elizabeth line not being open yet.
