Under FOI please can you tell me how many delays/cancellations have the H&C line experienced in the last year? Can you also tell me how many of your customers have experienced problems and complained?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 15 May 2019 asking for information about Hammersmith & City line services.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
Under FOI please can you tell me how many delays/cancellations have the H&C line experienced in the last year?
For reporting purposes the Circle and Hammersmith & City line services are combined as they share much of the same track, and a problem on one line will often effect the other. During the period 1 April 2018 - 31 March 2019, the C&H Lines have had 2,382 incidents where a delay of two minutes or above has been recorded.
Can you also tell me how many of your customers have experienced problems and complained?
We cannot specify how many individual customers complained, as some may have raised several complaints. We can however advise that during the same period we received 377 complaints about services on the C&H Lines, which were recorded under the categories of either Service Performance or Engineering works, events and closures.
