We answered
TfL Ref: FOI-0507-2324
Thank you for your revised request which we received on 3 June 2023, asking for information about a proposed cycle lane on Warwick Road, Earl’s Court.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIRs) and our information access policy. Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested.
Outside of the work of the Earl’s Court Development Company (ECDC), we are not aware of any proposals with regard to cycle facilities being developed on Warwick Road, Earl’s Court.
Additionally, we ran a thorough email search, between key members of our staff and those of Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), in order to identify any correspondence regarding a proposed cycle lane on Warwick Road. Whilst the email search captured a lot of emails relating to changes to the junction of Warwick Road and Kensington High Street and the Earl’s Court masterplan pre-application proposals, none of the correspondence specifically related to a new cycle lane proposed on Warwick Road.
I am sorry not to be able to help you further on this occasion.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
