You asked: “How many motorists were issued a penalty charge notice (PCN) in contravention of congestion charge offence on
- Southwark bridge Road between the junction of Southwark Bridge Road with Marshalsea Road and Gaunt Road
and
- Gaunt Road leading up to the junction with Borough High Street
I can confirm that we did not issues any PCNs along the above stretches of road during the dates requested (1 October – 22 December 2016)
If you have received a PCN which you believe to have been issued in error you should appeal it using the statutory processes indicated on the PCN itself.
