PCNs On Southwark Bridge

You asked

"How many motorists were issued a penalty charge notice (PCN) in contravention of congestion charge offence on (1) Southark Bridge Road between the junction of Southark Bridge Road with Marshalsea Road and Gaunt Road and (2) Gaunt Road leading up to the junction with Borough High Street (Please see road marked on the map attached) during the entire period from 1'1 October 2016 to 22 December 2016, while the Tower Bridge was undergoing engineering works and South bound diversion were in place directing traffic to cross the river from Southark Bridge.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 23 May 2017 asking for information about Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

 

You asked: “How many motorists were issued a penalty charge notice (PCN) in contravention of congestion charge offence on

  1. Southwark bridge Road between the junction of Southwark Bridge Road with Marshalsea Road and Gaunt Road

    and



  2. Gaunt Road leading up to the junction with Borough High Street

I can confirm that we did not issues any PCNs along the above stretches of road during the dates requested (1 October – 22 December 2016)
