Hello, please can you provide some data/statistics around how many passengers you expect to enter / exit Crossrail stations once the line is operational. I am particularly interested to understand how many people will enter and exit the cross rail stations. With thanks in advance.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10 June 2021 asking for information about predicted Crossrail passenger numbers.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked: please can you provide some data/statistics around how many passengers you expect to enter / exit Crossrail stations once the line is operational. I am particularly interested to understand how many people will enter and exit the cross rail stations.

Please see attached data on forecast passenger figures – these are 2026 forecast numbers produced in 2015. Please note that it is too early to give an accurate assessment on the effect of the pandemic on these forecast numbers.
