I would be very grateful if you could provide:
1. A copy of the London Underground Flexible Working Policy that was in effect between June - December 2022.
2. Also under FOI could you please also supply the date at which this Flexible Working Policy came into effect.
3. Could you please confirm or deny if the London Underground Flexible Working Guidelines dated April 2009 (see attached) were in effect in June - December 2022.
4. If the above (3) London Underground Flexible Working Guidelines dated April 2009 (attached) were removed could you please inform me which date these Guidelines were removed from use.

TfL Ref: 0501-2425 Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 12 May 2024 asking for information about LUL flexible working policy and for providing the attachment.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Your specific questions and our replies are as follows:

Could you please confirm or deny if the London Underground Flexible Working Guidelines dated April 2009 (see attached) were in effect in June - December 2022. No.Please see our answer to point 4 as below. 4. If the above (3) London Underground Flexible Working Guidelines dated April 2009(attached) were removed could you please inform me which date these Guidelines were removed from use. They were superseded in 2014 with the introduction of the guidelines attached.
