Request ID: FOI-0498-2223 Date published: 17 June 2022
You asked
The retail team at the London Euston Avanti West Coast Travel Centre, advise me, that they receive multiple enquiries on a daily basis in relation to your Oyster Card. After your customers are advised that they need to 'go downstairs to the Underground' for Oyster Card enquiries, most of them receive abuse about lack of any information on display, advising them of this.
We have seen a poster on display, with the wording "No Oyster enquiries at this ticket office" please visit tfl.gov.uk
We would like to request some copies.

So far as I have been able to ascertain this is not a TfL-produced poster and we do not hold a copy of it. From the information you have provided it would be appear to be a poster produced and displayed by Avanti West Coast. You may therefore wish to re-direct your request to that body. Avanti West Coast can be contacted online here: https://www.avantiwestcoast.co.uk/help-and-support/contact-us
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
