Could you please inform me on the current pass rate on topography

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 June 2020 asking for information about the current pass rate on topography.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

The current overall pass rate for those undertaking the topographical assessment for private hire drivers is 49 per cent.

Please note that topographical assessments were suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic for the protection of both our staff and assessment candidates. We recommenced assessments on 6 July albeit with limited capacity due to the requirement to ensure social distancing. We are currently contacting candidates whose assessment was cancelled in order to ensure they have an opportunity to take the assessment.
