TFL advertising revenue from energy companies

This is a request under the FOI Act 2000. Please disclose: - The names of all energy companies that have placed advertisements with TFL over the last five years, and the type of advertisement - The total payments recieved by TFL from said energy companies, broken down by company. By "energy company" I mean businesses whose primary business offering is the provision of energy - whether that is providing energy / electricity services or mining / extraction of fossil fuels.

Thank you for your request received on 19 May 2019 asking for information about advertising revenue from energy companies.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
                                                                                         
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested as we do not have a list of companies that advertise on our network or a breakdown of revenue received by company. We have contracts with partners, e.g. Exterion Media, who run our advertising estate for us. The partner deals with the brands, companies and sectors to sell campaigns and space.
