1. Tree maintenance records in respect of the Plane tree situated outside 604 Holloway Road N19 3PH since 2008.
2. Details of any complaints or subsidence claims from residents regarding the vegetation within Holloway Road N19 since 2008.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 30 May 2022, asking for information about tree surveys, complaints and subsidence claims.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold the information you require.
Unfortunately, an issue with our system is currently preventing us from extracting the relevant information. The data for our tree surveys had not been fully loaded into our new system by the developers. This is a department wide system that has been a major piece of development work. We are told by the developers that this will be rectified by Friday this week. Therefore we expect to be able to release the data you require next week.
While we are working to resolve the problem, the only way to provide you with the requested information would be for someone to go through a large number of records and notes individually, which would exceed the ‘appropriate limit’ of £450 set by the Freedom of Information (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.
Under section 12 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to comply with a request if we estimate that the cost of determining whether we hold the information, locating and retrieving it and extracting it from other information would exceed the appropriate limit. This is calculated at £25 per hour for every hour spent on the activities described.
We have estimated that it would considerably exceed the cost limit to provide a response to your current request at this time.
I will contact you as soon as our system is in full working order and all the necessary testing has been completed.
