You asked
I would like to request a detailed information about the place addressed at 1 Corbridge Crescent. Place is mainly located at under the railway and train tracks, has an entrance gate at Corbridge Crescent canal facing side, access only availabe between newly built Empress Works buildings and TfL bridge. I would like to request the purpose of the location/space and their ownership, as well as the rules & regulations enforced using my Freedom of Information right.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. 

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. According to our records the railway infrastructure located east of Corbridge Crescent falls under Network Rail with Rail for London having running rights.
