Your request of 16th May 2022 - detailed below - has been passed to me for response by our Customer Services team. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we hold the information you require. We have searched our Customer Service records for the period 1/11/2021 to 31/05/2022. No such records were found until around the end of March 2022. There were 108 records found, and a further 28 contacts identified via Twitter. In total, therefore, we have had 136 contacts about these works.
