With reference to Street Care ref xxxxx, regarding missing 197 timetable on stop 33309 (KC). As the 197 timetable is still missing, under the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, I want details as to date and time the Street Care team visited the location and a full list of ALL jobs that member of staff was tasked to check on that date. Under the same Act, I want to know when (date and time) the photo that is tagged to Street Care ref. xxxxxx was taken and from where it was taken.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 4th May 2024 asking for information about a missing 197 timetable on stop 33309 (KC). Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Your questions are answered in turn below:
Question 1: With reference to Street Care ref. FMS5866678, regarding missing 197 timetable on stop 33309 (KC). As the 197 timetable is still missing, under the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, I want details as to date and time the Street Care team visited the location and a full list of ALL jobs that member of staff was tasked to check on that date.
Answer: I understand that the original report cited was in fact in relation stop BP6213. This stop has been marked as withdrawn on our systems as buses do not serve this stop. TfL does not post timetables at this location due the stop being withdrawn, hence why the Streetcare report was marked as ‘no defect found’ and the report subsequently being closed. In regard to stop 33309, which is located in the near vicinity of BP6213, a job has now been raised to post the correct timetable.
Question 2: Under the same Act, I want to know when (date and time) the photo that is tagged to Street Care ref. FMS5866678 was taken and from where it was taken.
Answer: TfL does not hold information on the exact time or location the photo was taken. That said, this was reported via mobile in the ‘Incorrect Timetable Information’ category at 17:27 on Wednesday 17 April 2024.
