Breakdown of Crossrail funding

Request ID: FOI-0464-2021
Date published: 15 July 2020

You asked

It is informed that approximately 60% of private participation over the funding of Crossrail (http://content.tfl.gov.uk/board-20200602-agenda-and-papers-supplentary.pdf) but I can't manage to reach that number. Is it outside the 17,8 billions invested? If not, I assume my categorization (public/private) below is wrong. Could you tell which funding items were classified as private funding for the project? (The table below was just to expose my wrong understanding, please feel free to disregard it). Many thanks!
