Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. You asked:

The incident that occurred on 18 January 2019 on class 345 train unit 014 which stopped at Stratford and suffered a wrong side door release.

Please can you confirm the outcome of the investigation?

When the conclusion was made.

Unfortunately we do not hold the details of the inquiry into the incident as this has been undertaken by MTR Crossrail, who operate Elizabeth line services for us under a concession agreement. Please note MTR Crossrail are not subject to the Freedom of Information Act. However, they confirmed that there was no fault found with the incident train and the unit is back in service.
