You asked

engineers report for ticket machine at Seven Sisters station Sorry this does not tally with the facts. 3 or 4 tickets in the same gate have been corrupted in the same way and the local station staff are aware of this issue. When I enquired locally a few days ago they said there was additional parts on order. Please provide the reference number for this job and a copy of the engineer report is now requested under the FoI. I am not going to keep replacing a ticket when there is a known fault

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 2 June 2021 asking for information about an engineers report for the inspection of the gate at Seven Sisters underground station.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for the reference number and a copy of the engineer report in relation to a call out for a faulty ticket gate at Seven Sisters tube station.

Below is the complete report on the incident. Please note we do not have an actual document we can provide as all notes come from our Contractors ticket logging system.


Engineer text on the incident.
‘’as per supervisor and management gates suspected de magnetising tickets . monitored each individual gate all seems to be okay

made supervisor aware of finding job now closed’’

The engineer started and finished his actions at 16:03 & 17.15 on the 24th May respectively.
