I am writing to request a project directory which includes a list of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants & telephone numbers involved in the Transport for London on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA) is procuring a developer framework panel — The London Development Panel 2 (LDP2). LDP2 is intended to be used for the procurement of development partners to deliver residential-led development in London. This includes all activities necessary to plan and construct the development and associated infrastructure.
Please may I request this due to the freedom of information act 2000.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 25th May 2022 asking for information about the London Development Framework 2 (LDP2).
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:

It is not entirely clear what precise information you are requesting (whether the request relates to a list of contractors on the LDP2 or a list of companies/people involved in the procurement of its replacement). However, that said, note that this is a Greater London Authority (GLA) framework and there is a list of the 29 panel members - as well as other information about the framework - on the GLA website here:
As you can see via that link, the Panel comprises a mix of companies and consortia, and the GLA has entered a Framework Agreement with the following 29 organisations:
