Hello, we have an issue with bus shelters and homeless mattresses in Eden Street (west side) Kingston upon Thames. Do you own these shelters?
I think the only solution to our problem is the removal of these.
Could you please confirm;

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 7th May 2024 asking for information about bus shelters on Eden Street, Kingston. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:

I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
In answer to Question, TfL does not own the bus shelter in question. Rather, this is owned by JCDecaux advertising, which is responsible for installation and the management/maintenance of the shelter.
In answer to your second question, this would fall under the local borough’s jurisdiction, so you will need to put the matter to the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames. You can contact the council via its website here:
