Please provide a copy of the lessons learned report (and related documentation) for the Network Management Transformation 2018-19. If not available as a separate report, please provide any documentation referring to lessons, lessons learned, lessons learnt in respect of reorganisations and transformations relating to or applied to the network management control centre.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require – we do not hold a ‘lessons learned report’ or any similar documents in respect of the Network Management Transformation 2018-19.
