Thank you for your request received on 2 June 2021 asking for information about bus shelter 01289171.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

The pre 03/2021 installation date and invoices relating to the purchase and installation i.e., the cost of the shelter and the cost of the labour to undertake the fitting
 
The shelter was installed in December 2012. We are not able to provide invoices as this was carried out using works orders from our Asset Management system rather than through an order/invoice system and therefore we do not hold any invoice documents. However we can provide this information on cost. Parts: £4,964, Labour: £2,836.

Details of the electrics installed; the invoices for these and the costs of the labour to undertake the fitting.

There is lighting installed at the shelter and a countdown unit both of which have an electrical connection. As above we are not able to provide invoices for this but can provide costs of labour for electrical connection: £1,136.95. The cost of the lighting and countdown are part of the wider shelter costs and we do not hold a breakdown of the labour cost for this specific element of work.

The inspection reports from 01/01/2021 to 04/03/2021 – attached, please

No inspections have been carried out between these dates.

Details of the components damaged when struck by a bus 02/03/2021 or 03/03/2021 and the invoices for these replacement components

As above we do not hold an invoice document but can provide costs. We do not have a breakdown of the costs of the components because the whole shelter had to be replaced due to the damage caused in a collision. The cost of the new shelter installed was £4,624.05 for parts and £4,847.44 for labour. Plus there was a charge of £1,391.23 to disconnect the electricity from the shelter after being damaged in the collision

When the replacement commenced and when this concluded (dates/times)

The new shelter was installed on 16 April 2021.
