Do you have the number of Penalty charge notices by type of parking contravention i.e. how many tickets were issued to people for not paying for parking or parking on a red route, yellow lines or just in the wrong place? If available, please can we have this for a) London b) UK or England? Please can we get the data for 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018.
