You asked

Uxbridge bus station Please advise how Metroline was advised and a copy of the feedback he mentioned Thank you for your email of 14 March about Uxbridge bus station. I have previously advised that the cause of the double parking issue is the lack of available space for drivers to park, and there is no immediate solution to this. I have passed your feedback onto Metroline as requested. They can view CCTV if it is considered to be an operational, technical or competency standards issue, and will decide if they need to accordingly. The complaint has been forwarded to their manager. If any fault is found with the way the drivers have parked, they will be identified and interviewed by a manager.
