TfL Ref: FOI-0422-2223
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 23 May 2022, asking for information about a bus stop shelter outside your property.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:

This shelter was upgraded from Insignia to Landmark London in April 2022. The previous shelter was installed at the same location in 1999. Please find attached our guidelines on bus stop and shelter installations which include the minimum requirements as requested. TfL consult the borough before a bus stop and shelter can be re-sited, however we do not if it is replaced in the same location.
We would like to know how to request the reposition of such shelter to a more appropriate and less intrusive location.
Please contact TfL’s customer services via https://tfl.gov.uk/help-and-contact/. They will liaise with the correct team to deal with your inquiry.
