I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
On receipt of a penalty a motorist has the right to challenge it by submitting a representation to us. If this is accepted the penalty is cancelled. If rejected the penalty remains open and a further right of appeal to an independent adjudicator at London Tribunals is granted. If the penalty remains outstanding following this process two additional notices are issued. Only after a minimum of three notices are issued and the penalty remains unpaid is a warrant issued to our contracted Enforcement Agents.
We issue the information to our contracted enforcement agents in batches. A copy of what is sent is attached. Details of the source of each piece of information is shown below:
Name of Scheme – TfL Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) Number – TfL PCN Issue Date - TfL Warrant Date – TfL TEC Registration Date – TfL TEC Warrant Authorisation Date - TfL Vehicle Registration - DVLA Vehicle Make - DVLA Vehicle Model - DVLA Vehicle Colour - DVLA Location of Contravention – TfL Contravention Code - TfL Contravention Type – TfL Name and address of the person named on the warrant – DVLA Outstanding Balance – TfL
