Hi, I have entry/exit dataset for the underground across all stations, however im looking for entry and exit figures with timing periods through the day (peak and off-peak, hourly if possible) split by weekdays and weekends for 2016 and 2017.

Thank you for your email received by us on 24 May 2017 asking for London Underground entry and exit figures with timing periods through the day split by weekdays and weekends for 2016 and 2017.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:

London underground entry and exit figures with timing periods through the day (peak and off-peak, hourly if possible) split by weekdays and weekends for 2016 and 2017.

Please find attached the requested data for 2016, which is taken from our Rolling Origin and Destination (RODS) survey, an ongoing programme to capture weekday information about journeys on the Tube network. This information is recorded on a peak and off-peak basis, rather than hourly rates.
