I am submitting this FOI request to inquire about the future of the property at 56 Great Western Road, W9 3BT, formerly Big Table furniture shop, which ceased trading last month. It is my understanding that TFL acquired the property through the Crossrail bill in 2005*, are they still the landlords, and can I be put in contact with the people managing the property currently?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10 May 2023 asking for information about ownership of 56 Great Western Road, W9 3BT.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked: I am submitting this FOI request to inquire about the future of the property at 56 Great Western Road, W9 3BT, formerly Big Table furniture shop, which ceased trading last month. It is my understanding that TFL acquired the property through the Crossrail bill in 2005*, are they still the landlords, and can I be put in contact with the people managing the property currently?
TfL acquired the property through the Crossrail Bill but this was only for the leasehold interest where the term has now ended. The freehold land is owned and managed by Network Rail - please contact them directly for further information: https://www.networkrail.co.uk/communities/contact-us/
