Could I have the station usage numbers/number of taps for Abbey Wood station in April 2019 and Pontoon Dock DLR station in April 2019? Also could I have the station usage/taps for Woolwich Arsenal DLR broken down by month from April 2015 to April 2019.

Please see the following notes and caveats:

• Both tables are formed of data from our ticketing system

   

   

• At Pontoon Dock DLR, we are unable to fully split out tap ins (entries) from tap outs (exits) because the station is ungated (and instead has a Passenger Validator card reader). We have therefore provided the total number of taps at the station over the given months.

   

   

• Because this is comprised of ticketing data, where a customer has entered either station without tapping a valid ticketing product would not be included in the data.
