I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect of the following framework agreement(s)/contract(s): • Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract below and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages.* • Contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots), year to date • Start date & duration of framework • Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension? • Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

Thank you for your email received by us on 24 May 2017 asking for information about our framework agreement/contracts at Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) & Invitation To Tender (ITT) stages.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract below and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages.*

In reference to the GLA 80594 - RE:NEW Framework, the following successful bidders were awarded Framework Agreements:
1. Climate Energy Services
2. Keepmoat Regeneration Ltd
3. Kier
4. Lakehouse Contracts
5. Lawtech
6. Mark Group
7. Mears Ltd
8. Mulalley Ltd
9. Osborne Energy Ltd
10. Polybead Insulation UK
11. Willmott Dixon Holdings Ltd

Eight suppliers were unsuccessful or declined at PQQ and ITT stage.

Contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots), year to date
The Individual Framework Agreements per supplier are £0.00 valued.

• Start date & duration of framework

The framework duration is four years; three years with a 12 month extension option. Unfortunately I am unable to confirm an actual fixed start date for these framework agreements.

• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?

The Framework has a 12 month extension option.

• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

No decision has been made as of yet to extend these framework agreements.
