I would like to ensure as to the following
1) The current operational status of the cinema screen at the east end of Canary Wharf LU station
2) The last recorded time that this cinema was used
3) Any planned future exhibitions using this facility or area
We answered

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 3 May 2024 asking for information about Canary Wharf Cinema.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Your questions and our replies are as follows:
1) The current operational status of the cinema screen at the east end of Canary Wharf LU station The projection and sound equipment is no longer operational. 2) The last recorded time that this cinema was used 2014 was the last screening programme that used the Canary Wharf screen 3) Any planned future exhibitions using this facility or area There are no immediate exhibition plans using the screen. An assessment is being done by the Art on the Underground team at TfL with regards future use of the screen and equipment.
