Thank you for your email received by us on 23 May 2017 asking for information about the locations of all average speed cameras installed on the A406 North Circular Road

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for:

the locations of all average speed cameras installed on the A406 North Circular Road. Ideally I would prefer a detailed map showing the locations of the cameras along with a list.
Do you have any plans to add additional average speed cameras to the current system operating on the A406 North Circular?

Please can you also confirm that the average speed camera system on the A406 is not linked to the average speed camera system on the A40? So for example, if a vehicle was captured on an average speed camera located on the A406 and then later captured on another average speed camera located on the A40, the speed of said vehicle would not be measured/calculated between those two points as both systems are separate. Is this correct?

I can advise that the A406 and A40 speed camera systems are not linked.
