1. Please, can I know if there is a minimum stand time for bus drivers at the end of each route?

We do not set minimum stand times. Bus operators need to ensure they have sufficient stand time to meet performance standards for their routes.

2. Is the stand time set by TfL to its bus operators?

No. Bus operators produce route schedules including stand times. TfL will, if stand space is limited, specify maximum stand capacities.

3. What is the minimum stand time if set by TfL?

4. What is the minimum stand time if set by bus operators?

It is for the operator to determine the appropriate stand time to meet performance standards and allow for other considerations like driver toilet breaks.

5. Can the minimum stand time be reduced for any reasons?
