Thank you for the reply.I am sure you are aware changing a car is costly.I live with in the new ULEZ.
I do little driving with one or two journeys within the zone , groceries etc and an occasional drive out of London.Although I understand and approve of the purpose of the ULEZ, I hope you appreciate that for some people this is a very expensive exercise.
For me the decision is, does the cost of paying an occasional ULEZ charge out way buying a new (used) car.
I would assume that TFL is being open and honest about the approach therefore can you please provide me with documentation to indicate where the detection devices will be located within the ULEZ.”
