I would like to seek clarification on the timestamp seen in the Santander Cycle usage data that is available here: https://cycling.data.tfl.gov.uk/
Question: Is the timestamp seen here (start station and end station) in GMT or BST format?

Thank you for your request received on 16 June 2020 asking for information about our published cycle hire data.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
The timestamp is in GMT, if the data is within the BST window (i.e. the journey took place during Daylight Saving Time), it will be GMT+1 format.
