When will canning town station be fixed? It looks like a construction site for over 2 years, this is insane. Have you made any progress at all? (At least in planning to repair it??)

Thank you for your e-mail received on 07 May 2024 asking for information about Canning Town bus station.

 

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. 

 

I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. We are progressing our plans for Canning Town project and have completed feasibility work. 

 

We are currently finalising the concept design with plans to instruct the detailed design in August 2024 with our delivery due to commence January 2025, subject to affordability.
