You asked

In your response to a Freedom of Information Request entitled 'Revenue Protection Inspector Training' which you assigned the reference number FOI-1155-1617, you released files that were corrupted. Please could you supply me with these files. Please ensure the file “RPI training overview.docx” is included as this is not accessible from the original request https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/revenue_protection_inspector_tra#incoming-884997. Please supply me with any other relevant training material associated to Revenue Protection Inspector training including Code of Behaviour and directives. The original request in shown below “Dear Transport for London, In your response to a Freedom of Information Request entitled 'Overground Gateline and Revenue Protection Staff Training, Manuals and Policies' which you assigned the reference number 0931-1617, you released a files called 'Training material related to RPIs.pptx' which formed part of File A1.zip. This request is for all the training materials used on the course that is described in that presentation. For the avoidance of doubt, it includes, but is not limited to: - presentations - handbooks used on the course - law books - course handouts and reference materials - exercises - asessment materials

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

 

Please find attached a copy of the “RPI training overview.docx” as requested. The other files provided in response to the What Do They Know request you refer to (our ref FOI-1155-1617) are available to you via the link you have provided and therefore we are not obliged to send them again. (Please note that under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act we are not obliged to provide you with information which is reasonably accessible by other means).
