Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 19 May 2022 asking for information about our Customer Information System (CIS) used at our tube stations.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require.  You asked: I would like to ask under the Freedom of Information Act 2000: what is the name of the CIS that London Underground uses on their stations and what is the name of the company that supplies/manufactures it.

The CIS digital voice announcement system is provided by Telent DVA (tDVA) system. This is a manufactured by Telent Technology services Ltd, however for Victoria station the system is an iVENCs (ASL).
