I made a FOI request to see details of the design contract for the A105 Cycle Lane construction from LBE and received this reply... "The documents requested are owned by a third party (TfL) and are not London Borough of Enfield documents to release. Any request should be made direct to them." Therefore I am repeating my FOI request to yourselves. It says... Please may I see unpriced details of the design contract with Jacobs. This will include a full schedule of work carried out under the design contract plus information on the form of payment for these design services e.g. is the design fee fixed or calculated as a percentage of the cost of works? If the latter, I will also want to know whether this cost of works is a pre-contract estimate or is it the final cost of the works? Also what was your required programme, if any, for carrying out the design works?

Thank you for your email of 22 May 2017 asking for a copy of the design contract for the A105 Cycle Lane construction.

 

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

 

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require. The contract is between London Borough of Enfield and Jacobs. TfL has no involvement in this contract, and does not hold a copy. I appreciate that you have been referred to us by the Borough, but we are not in a position to help you with this matter.
