TfL Ref: FOI-0386-2122 Thank you for your request of 25th May 2021 asking for a copy of the “Employee Relations Transformation lessons learned” document. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. Specifically you asked: “I am writing to request a copy of the Employee Relations Transformation lessons learned document referenced in the TfL Company Council action log dated 27 April 2021.” TfL does not hold an “Employee Relations Transformation lessons learned” document. In some instances a specific business area of TfL may produce a document that provides detail around the lessons learnt from transformation within that specific area, but there is no centralised TfL-wide document held.
