Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require.  

You asked for the tender specifications for the following Routes and ITT Dates:

Please see the information you have requested attached for five of the routes you asked about.  

Bus route 492 is still under consultation and the contract hasn’t been awarded. This information will be published later this year and available at https://www.gov.uk/contracts-finder. Please note that because this is not a TfL managed website there may be a lag in the publication of the awards. An example of a search carried out used the criteria of ‘bus’ as a main search term, with ‘awarded’ as a contract status in the ‘region’ of London, sorted by ‘latest publication date’. This returned a number of results for example the one as below:
