Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 18th May 2022 asking for historic London Underground announcements. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:

I am afraid that we no longer have the original male audio messages as they were embedded in the hardware and have since been over-written with the female voice. All the announcements that we hold and are able to release are included in the folder to which you have access via the earlier response below.
