Dear Sir or Madam,
Please state whether Transport for London holds any CCTV footage recorded on the 14 September 2007, particularly anything around King's Cross Station.
Furthermore, please state whether any logs of identified incidents were made and if these still exist. This could be, for instance, in the form of CCTV operator notes.
If you require any further information or clarification about what I am looking for, then please do not hesitate to ask.

Our ref: FOI-0376-2122/GH Thank you for providing further detail regarding your request for CCTV footage recorded on the 14 September 2007. Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require – as previously advised, CCTV footage is over written after 14 days unless the footage has been preserved for specific investigation purposes. Station logbooks and Incident reports are retained for 7 years, and as 14 years have now elapsed since the date you are interested in, we do not hold any of the information you are seeking. I am sorry we are unable to be of further assistance on this occasion.
