Dear Transport for London,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Transport for London's handling of my FOI request 'A20 Sidcup Road 600 drivers fined for speeding in fake 50mph zone (01/2024)'.
I am seeking an Internal Review
You advise:
‘8. the litter/debris cleaning schedule
9. the past 12 months of cleaning attendance
We do not hold this information as litter/debris cleaning is the responsibility of the local borough under their Environmental Protection Act 1990 duties.’
Please advise which borough this falls to. My understanding is that FM Conway will contract with the Authority responsible for the road with regard to litter/debris removal – please provide the extract from the contact with FM Conway that deals with debris/litter, the cleaning schedule.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a20_sidcup_road_600_drivers_fine
