Hi, I would like to get a list of the congestion charge zone including postcode.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11 June 2020 asking for information about Congestion Charging.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. However, we cannot supply the list of postcodes as requested because this is commercially available data owned by Royal Mail and available from various data suppliers. This information is therefore subject to a statutory exemption to the right of access to information under section 43(2).
You can find out if a particular postcode is in the charging zone by using the website and the link below:

Alternatively if you wish to separately obtain postcode databases you can download the GIS data for the scheme boundaries from which you can derive the appropriate postcode list.
