Thank you for your request received on 1 May 2024 asking for further information about legal costs.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.

I can confirm that we do not hold the information you have requested. The costs have not yet been assessed by the Court nor agreed between the parties and we do not currently hold any figures on amounts being pursued.
