I’d like to make a freedom of information request to you for some CCTV footage from just outside new cross station under the data protection law.
I was admitted to hospital with a head injury and it occurred on 06/05/2021 between 22:30 and 22:35 on Amersham vale by the entrance to new cross station. The hospital are trying to understand what happened to me so some CCTV would be really helpful.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 19 May 2021 asking for CCTV footage from New Cross station.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require - New Cross station is managed by South Eastern railway, and TfL does not hold any CCTV from this station. You may therefore wish to direct your request to South Eastern.
