Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. You asked:
Can you confirm whether the 'slow march' demonstrations which have been carried out by the climate campaign group 'Just Stop Oil' since the 24 of April 2023, have at any time caused 'serious' disruption to TfL services.
We are constantly monitoring the impact of slow march protests on our network. Currently, due to police management of the march and conditions imposed, as well as our own traffic management interventions, we have not recorded any serious disruption to TfL services.
Additionally, can you confirm whether the MET Police have been in contact with you about these demonstrations, to inquire about the level of disruption the 'slow marches' may or may not be causing to TfL services.
