Thank you for your email received by us on 10 May 2017 asking for information about traffic infringements at Target Roundabout, UB5. I apologise for the delay in replying to you.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our Information Access Policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked:
1. How many infringement notices were issued against motorists based on observations of camera 7314, Target Roundabout UB5 between 1 January 2017 and 25 March 2017.
There were 405 penalty charge notices issued against motorists using the Target Roundabout between 1 January 2017 and 25 March 2017.
2. How long, as an average, does it take to process an alleged infringement from observation of the alleged infringement by a camera operator, eg. capturing and logging the evidence, before a camera operator is able to log a potential subsequent infringement.
We do not hold this information.
3. Can you provide all correspondence - email, or otherwise logged or recorded - involving camera operator 122 and camera 7314, Target Roundabout UB5, between 25 March 2017 and 17 May 2017.
TfL received one Subject Access Request in April 2017 relating to camera 7314 for which we held no footage. We do not have any other record of correspondence relating to camera operator RNC122 and camera 7314. I can also confirm that operator RNC122 has not sent any correspondence relating to this.
