Thank you for your revised request which we received on 17 May 2021, asking for meeting minutes relating to the decision to remove the Congestion Charging residents’ discount.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. 

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. We have not located any meeting minutes.
