Thank you for your request received on 9 May 2018 asking for further information about the AVAYA maintenance contract.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.

The contract value for the services Daisy provide is circa £45m over seven years, this will be less if we do not take the option to extend the contract. We do not hold a separate figure just for the AVAYA support.
