Related to a piece of art that was commissioned for the Piccadilly line with artist David Hockney.
I would like to request information on payments/expected payments made to David Hockney by TFL for work that he has carried out or will carry out. This includes the date of payments as well as descriptions of what the payment was for and the payment amount.

Thank you for your request received on 17 May 2021 asking for information about the artwork recently installed at Piccadilly Circus Station.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. We do not hold the information you require.
The Piccadilly artwork is a project led by the Greater London Authority (GLA) rather than TfL. Any requests regarding this project should be directed to the GLA:

I can confirm that no payments were made by TfL to David Hockney in relation to this project.
